Acceptable Use & Restrictions

This policy summarizes how TheoAI™ may and may not be used and states the export-control and sanctions restrictions that apply. It supplements, and is governed by, our Terms of Service (Section 5, Acceptable Use Policy), which controls in the event of any conflict. TheoAI™ is operated by Eve-Theology, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of MindHYVE.ai, Inc.

1. Prohibited uses

You may not use the Services to:

• generate, disseminate, or promote content that incites violence, extremism, or hatred;
• present TheoAI™ outputs as authoritative fatwas or rulings issued by qualified human scholars, or deliberately induce fabricated citations;
• reverse engineer the Services or the IPSC™ corpus, or use automated means to scrape, extract, or reconstruct any part of it;
• circumvent rate limits, authentication, or other security measures;
• use the Services or their output to build or train a competing AI system; or
• violate any applicable law, or submit content you lack the right to submit.

2. Scholarly authority and high-risk use

TheoAI™ is a computational research tool, not a mufti, scholar, or religious authority. Evidence-Based Opinions are informational references, not fatwas or binding rulings. Outputs must not be the sole basis for religious, legal, medical, financial, or other consequential decisions; consult qualified, recognized scholars or licensed professionals as appropriate.

3. Export controls and sanctions

The Services are provided from the United States and are subject to U.S. export-control and economic-sanctions laws, including the Export Administration Regulations and regulations administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). By using the Services, you represent that you are not located in, or a national of, a comprehensively sanctioned country or region, you are not on any U.S. restricted-party list, and you will not export or use the Services in violation of those laws.

4. Enforcement

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without prior notice and without refund of any prepaid period, and may be reported to appropriate authorities (Terms §5.3).
