Can I try before I buy?

Yes. Plus includes a 7-day free trial with full access to all Plus features. You also get 1 free Tahqiq-level question per week so you can experience advanced verification before committing.

Can I cancel anytime?

Absolutely. Cancel directly through your account settings, or email billing@mindhyve.ai and we’ll handle it within 24 hours. No cancellation fees.

Is there a student discount?

Not yet, but we’re working on it. In the meantime, our Sadaqah program makes Plus access available to students and learners who need it — funded by community generosity.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, our payment processor. All transactions are encrypted and PCI-compliant.

Can I switch plans?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. When upgrading, you get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Do you offer refunds?
