Refund & Dispute Policy
Effective Date: May 30, 2026
This policy explains when refunds are available, how to request one, and how billing disputes are handled for TheoAI™ subscriptions, operated by Eve-Theology, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of MindHYVE.ai, Inc. It does not limit any refund or cancellation right you have under applicable consumer-protection law. This summary is governed by the Terms of Service (Section 6, Billing), which controls in the event of any conflict.
1. Refund eligibility
- Free tier. The Free tier requires no payment method, so there is nothing to refund.
- Paid subscriptions. Paid tiers (Plus, Tahqiq™, Institute) are billed monthly in advance. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods, and fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated here or as required by applicable law.
- Discontinued tiers. If we discontinue a paid tier, affected subscribers receive a pro-rata refund for any unused prepaid period (Terms §6.9).
- Institutional and enterprise. Refunds for Majlis™ or Mizan™ agreements are governed by the applicable order form or Master Service Agreement.
2. How to request a refund
Email support@theogrid.ai from the address on your account with your account details and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through our payment processor within 5–10 business days; your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
3. Billing disputes
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us first at support@theogrid.ai — we can usually resolve billing issues faster than a card dispute. If you open a dispute or chargeback, we will respond with transaction records. Dispute resolution is otherwise subject to the dispute-resolution provisions of our Terms of Service (Section 13).
4. Cancellation
To stop future charges, cancel before your renewal date — see the Cancellation Policy.
