Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: May 30, 2026

You can cancel a TheoAI™ subscription at any time. This policy explains how to cancel, when it takes effect, and what happens to your access and data. TheoAI™ products are operated by Eve-Theology, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of MindHYVE.ai, Inc. This summary is governed by the Terms of Service (Section 6), which controls in the event of any conflict.

1. How to cancel

Cancel at any time within the TheoAI™ chat application via Settings → Subscription → Cancel, or by emailing support@theogrid.ai from the address on your account if you cannot access it. We confirm every cancellation by email.

2. When cancellation takes effect

• Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your subscription stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you keep access to paid features until that date.
• There is no cancellation fee. No refund is issued for partial billing periods (see the Refund & Dispute Policy) unless required by applicable law.
• Majlis™ and Mizan™ agreements are cancelled per the terms of the applicable order form or Master Service Agreement.

3. What happens to your data

After cancellation takes effect, access ends and your data is handled in accordance with the retention schedule in our Privacy Policy. You may export your conversations and Evidence-Based Opinions before your access ends.
