When Eve-Theology, LLC offers a free tier, gift code, discount, or promotional credit for TheoAI™, these general terms apply in addition to the specific terms stated with each offer. This summary is governed by the Terms of Service (Section 6), which controls in the event of any conflict.

1. Free tier

The Free tier is available without a credit card, subject to a daily question quota and feature limits described on the pricing page. We may adjust the Free tier at our discretion.

2. Gift codes and credits

• Gift codes, promotional codes, and access credits are single-use, non-transferable, have no cash value, and expire on the date stated at issuance.
• Codes may not be sold, bartered, or exchanged, and we may void codes obtained through fraud or in violation of our Terms.

3. Discounts and auto-renewal

• A promotional or discounted price applies only for the stated period; afterward the subscription renews automatically at the then-current standard price for the plan.
• To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before the renewal date — see the Cancellation Policy.
• Promotions cannot be combined unless we say so.
